The playbook

Seven modules, one hub

The domain model covers all seven modules. Some are built, the rest are on the roadmap.

Weather Command

Weather awareness tied to facility coordinates.

Court Matrix

Court rows showing the current and next match and their status.

SmartComm

Messaging with players and guardians during the tournament.

Player Pulse

One of the seven modules in the CourtCall domain model.

Schedule Engine

Assigning matches to courts and times.

Draw + Results

Brackets with seeds and BYEs, built from division entries.

The seventh module, Facility Profile, holds courts, coordinates, parking and access notes.

SmartComm design

AI handles the chatter. Directors make the calls.

SmartComm is designed so AI classifies free-form player and guardian messages and sends acknowledgments, while directors confirm anything that changes the tournament.

AutomaticDirector confirms
Acknowledge receiptAssign a court or confirm a pull-up
Parse late arrival, ETA, check-inRecord a default or walkover
Classify a withdrawalApply a withdrawal to the draw
